Keller is in Tarrant County in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex.
. Fort Forth is fourteen miles to the south of Keller. Athol was the previous
name for the town of Keller. It was changed to Keller in 1882 and named
after Mr. JC Keller a railway employee. Keller has over thirty thousand
residents served by the Keller ISD. Keller has good road links with DFW
Airport only nine miles away. Keller is just four miles from Alliance Airport.
Keller is located just east of Interstate 35 W and Interstate Loop 820 is
five miles south. Keller city limits cover an area of over eighteen square
miles. There are many Colleges and Universities in the Keller and surrounding
area. University of North Texas, Southern Methodist and Texas Christian
University. Keller Pointe provides excellent swimming opportunities and
fitness suites.
