Coppell is a community of over 37,000 in the north west of
Dallas County. Coppell was named after Mr. G. A. Coppell a respected employee
of the St. Louis, Arkansas and Texas Railroad. The residents of Coppell
are served by the Carrollton - Farmers Branch, Lewisville and Coppell Independent
School Districts. To the west of Coppell is the city of Grapevine. Lewisville
is to the north of Coppell. Dallas and Irving are to the south of Coppell
and Carrollton is to the east of Coppell. The city of Coppell has an excellent
location near to DFW Airport.
